I born in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental. It is only a small city in Negros but i am proud to invite all of my readers to visit San Carlos City. There is a nice small island there called Sipaway. It has also white sand beach resort. Eventhough it's not fully developed island, you can still enjoy the very nice beach with fresh air and nice view.
San Carlos City is a peaceful place and with the friendly people there, you will really enjoy and would like to visit again. We have lots of delicious food to offer with nice parks to spend your lovely afternoon until night. You will enjoy walking along the beach and even along the road.

A proud filipina
